Dr. Carrie, PLLC is a multidisciplinary health care practice focused on sports rehabilitation, chiropractic, sports massage & nutrition coaching. Dr.Carrie Sands has been in practice for over 20 years in both Denver, CO & Kalamazoo, MI and recently opened in Leland. Her techniques are both hands on (in the form of Active release technique, Gonstread, trigger point therapy & gentle instrument adjusting. Sports therapy neural input techniques for concussion, postural & injury rehabilitation are her specialities. Office is located next to Huntington bank. Other convenient options include mobile services or care from her home office in Lake Leelanau. Appointments available as early at 7 am, as late as 7 pm with weekend hours as well.
